Lynn A. Wentworth has served as a member of our Board of Directors since May 2014. Ms. Wentworth is retired. Prior to retirement, she was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BlueLinx Holdings Inc. (a building products distributor) from 2007 to 2008. Prior to joining BlueLinx, she was, most recently, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BellSouth Corporation's Communications Group and held various other positions at BellSouth from 1985 to 2007. She is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Georgia. She is a director and chair of the Audit Committees of Graphic Packaging Holding Company and CBI.
John W. Gamble Jr. has served as a member of our Board of Directors since May 2014. Mr. Gamble is currently Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equifax Inc. From September 2005 to May 2014, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lexmark International, Inc. In addition to corporate finance functions, he was responsible for Lexmark's investor relations, information technology, strategy and development, and internal audit and security functions. Prior to joining Lexmark, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Agere Systems, Inc. Mr. Gamble also served in finance leadership roles with AlliedSignal, Inc., and then Honeywell International, Inc., following the merger of the two entities. Earlier, Mr. Gamble served in a variety of finance capacities with General Motors. He began his career as an electrical engineer with Bethlehem Steel Corporation.
Josh 's role is driving the expansion of CyrusOne's use of Internet exchanges at all of its locations to significantly increase the number of providers available to customers and enable Internet peering. and industry changing Seismic peering. He reports directly to Gary Wojtaszek, President & Chief Executive Officer of CyrusOne.
Josh spent the last 12 years as vice president of business development at Terremark Worldwide. There, he developed new business in emerging markets and drove all business-related peering throughout the company's portfolio. In addition to his role at Terremark, Josh was affiliated with industry-leading organizations such as the North American Network Operators Group (NANOG), Réseaux IP Européens (RIPE), the European Internet Exchange Association (Euro-IX), and the Global Peering Forum (GPF), a joint venture that he co-founded with Equinix, AMS-IX, DE-CIX, and LINX.
